Our Story
MBS & Tax was built with one goal in mind: to create a space where our community can come for real support, clear answers, and trusted service—all in one place.

Founded by Monserrat Cruz Martinez, Realtor® and CEO, the vision was simple: provide accessible, trustworthy services while helping clients make confident financial and real estate decisions.

As our clients’ needs grew, so did our team. Today, we’re a group of dedicated, bilingual women who each play an important role in making sure our office runs smoothly and our clients feel taken care of.

Suntalee leads as our Office Manager and Payroll Specialist, overseeing operations and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.

Karime supports our marketing and helps us stay connected to our community, making sure our message reaches the people who need our services most.

Lucia handles filing and provides day-to-day support, assisting Suntalee and helping keep everything organized and on track.

Together, we provide tax, real estate, and business services with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
